Li and his family are so welcoming and helpful. Our bedroom with a private bathroom is spacious and clean. The bathroom has both shower and a hottub. One small fridge is provided in the walk-in closet. Canned drinks and instant noodles are provided for purchase in the shared kitchen, which’s so convenient! Will definitely come back again when traveling to Calgary! Thanks Li!
If you drive a sedan/car that's fairly low, do NOT go up the driveway. Your car will go ka-thunk. Otherwise, this place is clean, well maintained.

Best hotel, homestay, hostel I've ever stayed in and the rates are way better than big name hotels . Brother Li is a cool dude he was very accommodating for me. Place is super clean quiet warm has everything you need big kitchen beautiful bathroom laundry with really good machines and the rooms are big. I can't say enough about him and his homestay. Excellent Homestay, very clean comfortable rooms, shared bathroom and kitchen. Can use washer and dryer for $5 CAD including detergent & softener. Good location only 20 min walk from Superstore (large grocery/department store). Bus stop only 30 meters away if you don't have a car. The only draw back would be no AC if it is hot. They do have fans available. Hosts very friendly, helpful and polite.
Brother Li Homestay is a fantastic choice for travelers! The place is super convenient, comfy, and very affordable, with a warm and friendly vibe from the host. We booked through CIBC Travel and had an overall great experience. Arriving late at night, we struggled a bit with the door, but a quick call to the provided number got us immediate assistance—top-notch service! The only catch was that the basement room felt a bit chilly at night. Despite that, we loved our stay and will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Amazing value, but be careful of the caveats. This is a nice home where each room is rented out but the downstairs living room and kitchen are shared. My family rented the master bedroom (king bed and private bathroom), and it was great! I would be careful booking here as some rooms share a bathroom with other rooms, I personally wouldn't like that. Overall, it was a great stay.
